Booking will only be made after receipt of deposit or full payment (depending on date of holiday)

ILLNESS

You should obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) - which will cover you for illness in Spain. You can telephone 090 7707 8370 or apply online at www.ehicard.org.uk This will cover you for NHS treatment whilst on the holiday.

FULL PAINTING HOLIDAY PAYMENT

Payment is required 2 MONTHS before booked date.

If you cancel less than 28 days from your holiday - sorry no refund

If you cancel more than 29 days from your holiday - 25% refund

If you cancel more than 49 days from your holiday - 50% refund

In accordance with Trading Standards and Distance selling, you have 14 days from booking to cancel your booking. Deposit - less 2% credit card charge is refunded within this time period. (Your insurer should be able to cover any other cancellations - check your policy!)

PAYMENT

£200 is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The payment must be made by the date on the Invoice. If you fail to pay by this date, Unfortunately, your place will be cancelled. This is in accordance with Trading Standards. Thank you.

CANCELLATION BY US

If, for some extraordinary reason we have to cancel a course.

We will of course, fully reimburse or offer a different date.

TERMS OF HOLIDAYS - MARBELLA

PAINTING

1. Painting is Monday to Friday 10.0am-6.0pm. Lunch is 1-3.0pm. (Approx)

ART MATERIALS

Art materials are included. Art materials are those allocated by JoeDaisy - extra materials are priced accordingly. If you require details of exact art material allocation for your course, please email

ACCOMMODATION

2. Hotels are selected by us. Book early and the listed hotel will be booked but when this is full other Hotels are used.

Acommodation is provided by others and they have their own terms and conditions.

FLIGHTS

3. Flights are not included. See flights to Malaga for help - click

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

4. If airport transfers are included in your package - you MUST inform us by text message if your plane is delayed. If you fail to inform us of a delayed flight - there will be an additional charge. Please make sure you book a flight that arrives in Malaga before 9.0pm - any collection after this time will incur a surcharge.

MEALS

5. Meals are in a selection of restaurants in Marbella. They do not include wine or beverages. Wine and beverages are available in the studio. *Meals are only included with some packages.

LIABILITY

JoeDaisy accept no liability for loss of goods or accident on your holiday unless it is proven to be the negligence of JoeDaisy staff.

PAINTING COURSE TERMS

If, for some extraordinary reason we have to replace a tutor with another, unfortunately there is no refund.

The price of your painting course is correct at the time of booking and will not be changed, once confirmed by us.
