CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with Trading Standards and Distance selling, you have 14 days from booking to cancel your booking. Unfortunately outside of this time period, (14 days) - we can not accept a change of course date or make refunds on any cancellations. Sorry!

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 12 months - from date of purchase. Unfortunately we can not accept vouchers outside of their legal time period. If you make a booking with your Voucher and then cancel - Unfortunately there is no refund and no rebooking.

PAYMENT

If you are paying on invoice. The payment must be made by the date on the Invoice. If you fail to pay by this date, Unfortunately, your place will be cancelled. This is in accordance with Trading Standards. Thank you.

CANCELLATION BY US

If, for some extraordinary reason we have to cancel a course. We will of course, fully reimburse or offer a different date.
